* Prunes
* Raisons

A tip for getting blueberries (fiber) into your pregnancy diet without having to sit there and eat half a cup…
Take a handful of blueberries, about 6 ounces (or a glass) of orange juice, about 4 or 5 ice cubes, and a banana (for taste only. If you do not like bananas, simply do not add.), and blend this together until ice is crunched and mix is well blended. Have this every morning for breakfast, or whenever you start having problems going to the bathroom. This should take care of the problem in no time!
You should also be drinking a lot. Things such as water or fruit juice are great and should help. And try to avoid milk products, because for some people they cause constipation. So if you have been downing a chocolate milkshake everyday for the past few months, this could be the problem!!!
