Fertility During Full Moon

Fertility during full moon...yes there is fact to this!
Chances are good that if you have ever had a baby, you have had people tell you that by your ninth full moon your water will break or you will go into labor. Although this doesn’t work for every woman, if you have ever spoken with a nurse in labor and delivery at your local hospital, she’ll tell you that more babies are born within 3 days of a full moon then other times of the month.
When a woman is not pregnant, her body can still be in sync with the moon. In ancient days women would look to the moon to know when they were going to ovulate, and when menstruation was going to start. During a full moon a woman has an accentuated chance of conceiving, and during a new moon her lining is shed and menstruation begins. In this day and age however, this is not always the case because of all of the artificial light we are exposed to at night. If you suffer from irregular cycles, then using the following method to increase your
fertility during full moon
may be of help to you.

This may take several months to take effect, but you want to have your night lighting in your room similar to that of the moon.
On cycle days 1 – 13 you want to either use blackout curtains or get an eye mask and make sure your room is totally dark. Turn off all electronics that emit light, such as your clock, computer, printer, etc. You want the room to be totally dark.
During cycle days 14 – 17 turn on a small night light, so that there is light present in the room, and don’t use your mask. Your fertility during full moon will be represented by the night light. The remainder of your cycle will be totally dark just like during cycle days 1 – 13. After several months you may notice your cycles have regulated closer to 28-29 days.
One study suggests that conception within 24 hours of ovulation during a full moon increases your chances of having a baby boy. Whereas, conception that occurs around the new moon increase your chances of a baby girl.
Tracking Ovulation

To increase your awareness of your fertility during full moon you should be using
ovulation predictor kits
(OPK's) to test for LH. Once you have an LH surge, you will ovulate within 24-48 hours. So knowing when that surge occurs is vital in knowing when to time intercourse while trying to conceive. OPK's are inexpensive tests that show you by the darkness of the test line, how much LH is present in your urine. When using the tests you want to test in the afternoon and when you are within 5 days of when you think you ovulate, you should test twice a day to be sure you do not miss your surge.
Another product that may be useful is
PreSeed sperm friendly lubricant.
This is the only sperm friendly lubricant on the market and helps to improve the vaginal environment, having the perfect pH level for sperm to survive in.
