Staying trendy while your belly is continually expanding is tricky. Finding cheap maternity clothes, of good quality is another challenege. A decade ago, for example, women didn't have the option of looking stylish while being pregnant, they just looked...well..pregnant.
Sporting tops tight around the chest, loose around the middle and delightfully tacky bows adorning every piece. Yes times have changed and for the better.
Many women find themselves pregnant and searching for comfortable, professional maternity clothes to wear to work, or
swimsuits
for that much needed summer vacation, or
nursing bras
in order to prepare for the coming arrival, and/ or trendy, every day clothes that are cheap and affordable!!!
Whatever the case may be, finding a discount, cheap maternity clothes is always a must!
In many stores it seems it is impossible to find skirts and dresses, let alone Special Occassion dresses, which is why many women do their maternity shopping online now, because that is where the selections and bargains are!
The amazing thing about maternity clothes today is that you can still shop at your favorite stores even when you are pregnant!!! Shops such as the Gap and Old Navy, offer a wide variety of cheap maternity clothes, and you don't have to sacrifice value or style!
Guidelines To Live Buy
When shopping for maternity clothes it is always good to have a budget in mind, and a list in hand. Don't go into a store or online to a store without a plan in mind. Do you need Shirts, Tees, Jeans, Crops, Capris, Career Pants, or a Special Occassions dress for a friends wedding, or what!!???!! If you don't know what you need before you go, you will probably walk out or come offline, with a lot of stuff you didn't "bargain" for.
The guidelines for looking fab while you're pregnant are much the same as when you are not pregnant. Black is slimming, so get a black top! Stripes are great, but horizontal stripes may make you look bigger than you are. Go with a vertical stripe or stripes that go at a vertical angle pointing down and in. If you have thick calves, avoid skirts that hit just below the knee. You want to either go slightly above the knee, or ankle length. Also, for those of you who have thicker calves, stick with a higher heel (if it doesn't kill your back, and if you are not in the third trimester. Once you get to the third trimester, heels are NOT a good idea) because this gives the allusion of a longer leg and skinnier calf.
